Built a significant mortgage company in St. Louis, learning how lenders evaluate borrowers, properties and risk—and what can strengthen a financing structure.
Personally bought and sold more than 50 homes as a real estate investor, developing a practical eye for location, condition, improvements, carrying costs, timing and value.
Founded a construction company and previously held a California contractor's license. That experience helps clients weigh cost, time, risk and potential return before improving a property.
